A welcoming support group for new mothers navigating their breastfeeding journey. We meet select Fridays from 10am to 11am, offering a nurturing environment to share experiences, challenges, and triumphs. This FREE group is open to all, regardless of whether you're a Haven patient. Presented by Every Drop Lactation Services, each session is facilitated by a skilled lactation consultant who provides valuable tips and expert advice on breastfeeding.
Whether you're a first-time mom or an experienced parent, the Lactation Lounge is your go-to resource for support, guidance, and community in your breastfeeding adventure.

Come join our in person New Moms Group where you can connect with other new moms, share experiences, and get support.
Our expertly led group offers a warm and welcoming baby friendly environment for moms to bond over the joys and challenges of motherhood. P.S. You're welcome to bring your newborn, toddler or other children, you're also welcome to join if you're expecting!

Whether you are having your first baby or need a little refresher before the next one arrives, this 2 hour class will help you build a personalized toolkit for coping with labor.

This class will cover essential topics such as understanding how breastfeeding works, mastering latch and positioning techniques, recognizing when and how long your baby needs to nurse, boosting milk production, and taking care of your breasts.
