About the event
Growing Through Play is a hands-on class that teaches caregivers how to make playtime engaging, meaningful, and easier to structure—far beyond traditional tummy time. We’ll explore a variety of developmentally supportive play positions and simple activities that build strength for both fine and gross motor milestones while also nurturing early cognitive skills. Caregivers will learn how to create a flexible routine that fits naturally into an eat-play-sleep rhythm, helping you keep your baby curious and content while keeping you from feeling bored or stuck. This class offers practical, realistic ways to support your baby’s development through playful connection and everyday moments.
