A deep soaking tub that eases pain and relaxes tension during labor.

Founded in 2024, by women, for women
Our owner, Sara Fawson, has worked in women's health and birth care across the Triangle since 2018. She built Haven as a space where women receive the care and education to make good decisions about their own bodies and their own health.
Our model of care means taking the time to listen, assess your needs and walk through your options-- in a well-equipped birth center in close proximity to WakeMed Cary following the midwifery model of care.
